JCK88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and JCK88 ("JCK88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jck88.cam and all associated sub-domains (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JCK88 platform — whether to place bets, participate in promotions, access live casino games, sports betting markets, slots, crash games, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players globally, with specific provisions relevant to players located in Malaysia, including references to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), Malaysian payment methods (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost, GrabPay, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), and applicable local standards.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the JCK88 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by JCK88 under specific terms, distinct from deposited real-money funds and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Platform" means the JCK88 website, mobile site, web application, and all associated services operated at https://jck88.cam.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Promotional Terms" means the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual bonus, promotion, or reward offered by JCK88.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial accounts, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet in full before they become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active Account on JCK88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. JCK88 strictly prohibits minors from participating in any gambling activity on the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or direct family member of the household of any of the above, of JCK88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling on any other platform or under any applicable regulatory order.
• You may only hold one (1) Account on JCK88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

JCK88 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application or to close any existing Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where there is reasonable suspicion that the eligibility criteria have been misrepresented.

Each Player may hold only one Account on JCK88. To complete registration, you are required to provide a valid username, password, email address, phone number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration flow.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. JCK88 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any activity occurring under your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

JCK88 operates a mandatory KYC process for all Accounts. Prior to authorising any withdrawal, and at any other time at JCK88's reasonable discretion, we may require you to submit the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Malaysian Driver's Licence, or valid Passport).
• Proof of current residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your identification document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the Account's withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting JCK88 customer support via live chat. JCK88 reserves the right to close any Account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where regulatory requirements mandate closure.

JCK88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. JCK88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose independent charges which are beyond JCK88's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. Standard processing times are as follows: Gold-tier verified accounts — same-day processing; Silver-tier accounts — within 24 hours; Bronze-tier and standard accounts — within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

JCK88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above RM10,000 or where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending completion of such checks.

All Account Balances, bets, and transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.

JCK88 may offer a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is governed by specific Promotional Terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable to each welcome bonus offer are stated in the Promotional Terms accompanying that offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only — one bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the Promotional Terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements at JCK88 range from 10× to 35× of the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion type.

• Bets placed on table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute at 10% towards wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on slot games typically contribute at 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Sports betting wagers contribution rates vary by promotion and will be stated in Promotional Terms.
• Wagering on certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus play — exclusions will be detailed per promotion.

JCK88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk; collusion with other Players; and use of betting strategies that JCK88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute exploitation of a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is identified, JCK88 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, suspend or permanently close the affected Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

All games offered on JCK88 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from internationally licensed studios. Game rules, pay tables, and RTP (Return to Player) figures are available within each game's interface.

Sports betting markets on JCK88 cover a wide range of events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and international sporting fixtures. All odds are subject to change prior to an event commencing. JCK88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to pricing errors.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules using the available data at the time of disconnection. JCK88 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by JCK88 at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JCK88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in JCK88's platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Placing bets using funds obtained from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Any action that JCK88 reasonably determines to be designed to circumvent the spirit and intent of these Terms and Conditions.

JCK88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a method to resolve financial difficulties or generate regular income.

The following self-management tools are available to all Players at no cost via the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum continuous time you may spend on the Platform before an automatic logout is triggered.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account's betting access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all gambling activity for a minimum period of six (6) months, with the option to extend indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

All content on the JCK88 Platform, including but not limited to the JCK88 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, user interface layout, text, software code, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of JCK88 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using JCK88 branding or trademarks in any commercial context or in any way that could cause confusion with the JCK88 brand.

Unauthorised use of JCK88 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JCK88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

JCK88 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruption to services.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• The conduct, content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services linked to or integrated with the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits JCK88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

JCK88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform operations.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a notice prominently displayed on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will take effect no earlier than fourteen (14) days after notification, except where changes are required by applicable law or to address urgent security or regulatory concerns, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the JCK88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with JCK88's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.

JCK88 does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred due to the Player's failure to read and understand the rules of any game, or due to the Player's choice of betting strategy.
